Lieutenant Commander Roca is a Forward Observer who has fought against external threats to the GCPS for decades. Considered an expert in the extermination of alien races, he is equally at home in a ranged firefight or close quarters.
Biography
The Forward Observers are the eyes and ears of the Council but they are by no means passive observers - they are first and foremost Enforcers. Roca himself is an expert in the termination of dozens of alien races. Despite carrying a sniper’s rifle, he is equally at home fighting alongside an assault team as he is leading a Pathfinder unit.
Roca has fought with distinction against every threat presented to the GCPS, from Marauders to Elastopods, and he has a keen understanding of their tactics, and how to use their abilities against them.
The Dragon’s aggression on Triton was swiftly answered when an Enforcement Protocol Group, codenamed Heracles, led by Forward Observer Roca, launched their own counter-assault. The fighting that followed was brutal and hard and cost the lives of many dwarves and Enforcers. Great swathes of terrain and most of the planet’s nascent townships were laid to waste as the dwarf forces struck again and again at the corporate defences. Still though, to Krestursson’s chagrin and ever-increasing anger, the Enforcers were eventually able to claim victory.
When the backwater world Acreon is invaded by Veer-myn, the Drakenhof Corporation’s best marines are sent to repel them. But they are not the only interested parties, and the Council has also sent Lieutenant Commander Roca of the Enforcers to investigate.
