Kur Keela is a Teraton who is a wanted criminal within the Teraton Empire long before it was incorporated into the GCPS
Biography
Kur Keela training in quantum security measures and their subversion had made him a wealthy figure in the Teraton underworld, but also a highly wanted one by Teraton security forces.
Keela fled the Empire and carved out a new niche and identity for himself in nearby corporate space where the knowledge he had gained in Tortugoa’s technical colleges turned out to be just as marketable amongst the GCPS’s own criminal element.
More importantly, no one he met had any idea of his identity or knowledge of his past. Even after the incorporation of the Teraton Empire, Keela might have lived out his life in relative anonymity, underground and unnoticed. Until, that is, he was approached by an associate of the criminal kingpin, Blaine.
Blaine, through his own contacts within the Teraton administration, was quite aware of Keela’s true identity but agreed to keep what he knew to himself. If, that is, Kur Keela was prepared to do a job or two for Blaine.
