Julius Kareem wrote ‘The Beginning of Progress’. which is a history of the Galactic Co-Prosperity Sphere (GCPS) which is a 12-part epic funded by the Council of Seven, however there is a 13th part which was not published. It has restricted access only and was probably the cause of his imprisonment on the prison-planet Perestia.
