The Forge Fathers at Ekfritt Point learned this to their cost when the laagers of their Sturnhammer tanks were infiltrated without warning by scores of Night Crawlers and Tunnel Runner monowheels. The Dwarfs’ tanks were quickly annihilated, most of their Steel Warriors and Forge Guard units having been drawn forward from their lines earlier to engage several rampaging Nightmares, and the Point was abandoned soon thereafter.
